4x4 Pergola Brackets & Kits for 3.5 in. Posts

These 4x4 pergola brackets fit nominal 4x4 lumber, which actually measures about 3.5 x 3.5 inches. Each kit pairs galvanized steel brackets with screws and expansion bolts. You supply the posts, beams and roof or shade cover.

4x4 is the widest choice of layouts at Jurrque: it is the only post size for wall-mount, sloped-roof and A-type kits, and it is also offered for the 4-post, 6-post and extension kits.

Choose Your 4x4 Pergola Kit

• Freestanding — Start with the 4-post kit for one bay or the 6-post double kit for two. Add a bay later with the extension kit. Select the 4x4 option on each page.
• Attached to your house — The wall mount kit and double wall mount kit fix one side of the frame to a wall with 15-degree brackets.
• Sloped roofline — The sloped roof kit uses four posts; the double sloped roof kit uses six posts and two bays.
• Pitched A-frame — The A-type pergola kit builds a gable-style frame.

Before You Order 4x4 Brackets

• Measure your posts. Standard 4x4 lumber measures about 3.5 in. per side. Rough-sawn or full-dimension posts can be larger, so check them before ordering.
• Keep every part the same size. 4x4 and 6x6 hardware is not interchangeable, so order an extension kit in 4x4 if your 6-post kit is 4x4.
