FAQ
1. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. Whether you buy a single kit or multiple sets for a large project, shipping is on us. No hidden fees at checkout.
2. What is the estimated delivery time?
We value your time. All orders are processed within 1 business day. With our standard shipping, your package will typically arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Do you accept returns?
Absolutely. We stand by our quality. If you encounter any quality issues within 30 days of delivery, we offer free returns and exchanges. In such cases, we cover the return shipping costs so you can shop with total peace of mind.
4. Is there a warranty? How long is it?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty. This covers any structural issues such as rusting or breakage. Our brackets are built to last, ensuring your outdoor sanctuary remains safe and beautiful for years to come.
5. Does the kit include lumber?
No, the kit includes the steel brackets and all necessary mounting hardware. We intentionally do not include lumber to save you significant shipping costs. This also gives you the freedom to choose your preferred wood type (like Cedar or Pressure-Treated Pine) and the exact lengths at your local hardware store (e.g., Home Depot or Lowe's).
6. What material is the bracket made of?
Our brackets are engineered from High-Strength Galvanized Alloy Steel with a solid 2mm (14-gauge) thickness. Each piece is finished with a Double-Layer Powder Coating for maximum weather resistance, preventing rust and corrosion even in harsh environments.
7. Does the kit include the top structure?
The kit provides the structural corner and base brackets for the frame. It does not include a top cover (like a shade sail or metal roof). This modular design allows you to customize the top—whether you want a fabric shade for a breezy feel or a wooden/metal roof for full protection.
8. Can I buy a single bracket or a specific model only?
Currently, our products are sold as complete kits (such as ,8-piece, or 12-piece sets). This ensures that you have all the matching components needed for a structurally sound and aesthetically consistent DIY project.
