Shipping Policy
At Jurrque, we are proud to offer Free Shipping within the continental United States.
Important Notice: We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any international destinations. Orders placed from these regions will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Time: Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected delays may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email (and text message if provided) with tracking details. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jurrque@outlook.com. We will do our best to correct it before shipping, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.
Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jurrque is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us—we will do our best to assist you.
