What is the estimated delivery time?

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day from our U.S. warehouses. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment. Weekends, holidays, high order volumes, and carrier delays may affect these estimates.

Do you accept returns?

Is there a warranty? How long is it?

Yes. Our pergola bracket kits come with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Does the kit include lumber?

Wood is not included. Lumber is best purchased locally due to shipping costs and regional availability.

What material is the bracket made of?

The brackets are made of heavy-duty galvanized steel with a powder-coated finish for outdoor use.

Does the kit include the top structure?

No. The kit does not include the roof or top structure. This is because every customer has different DIY needs and design preferences. By leaving the top open, you can choose the style, material, and coverage that works best for your space.

Can I buy a single bracket or a specific model only?

No. We do not sell individual brackets or parts separately. Buying the full kit is more affordable and more convenient for your project.
