This product was exactly as advertised. It came expertly packaged, each piece wrapped separately to ensure safety and no scratches. It also came with the installation hardware for mounting and the instructions were very helpful too.This is a sturdy system, looks great, and will last a very long time.My update is to have a helper for installing the top portion. I used ladders as "steps" to help get the rafters in place and remember these are 4x4's that can be kind of heavy so be careful!
