Refund Policy

At Jurrque, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Returns: You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Clearance and promotional items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to a defective product or our mistake, we will cover return shipping.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return: Email us at jurrque@outlook.com with your order number and details. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
